Old templating engine finally gone

Template conversions are finally finished, which means the old templating engine we were still stuck on is now removed entirely from the site.

What does this mean? I am able to rewrite more libraries on the site to make way for a ton more features on the site. This also means a faster site (since the newer engine is much more simplified), and faster development (since coding is also more simplified).

Hooray! This has been a long step in prepping the site up for new stuff!
