New user libraries, logging, pm search (beta)

I'm posting this just so you all know that I am actually working heavily on the site. Here is the list of things I've done / am doing:

- Rewriting user libraries / calls. The site now runs on new user libraries. Everyone was logged out because of this. These libraries are much more efficient than the previous ones I wrote, which will allow for faster development time.

- User logging. I am able to track exactly what each user does and when they do it.

- PM search. I am currently working on some functionality in private messages to filter and search for particular threads and posts. Consider this a test for upcoming search functionality in the forums and gallery features.
