Alright so I got tired of seeing all these threads on "Help! Tail Removal" and "How do I remove my tails" so I just went out and started ripping my car apart so this is what I came up with, first off be careful, don't rush it because you may end up like I did, hitting your head on the muffler turning looking for your tools. Here it goes.

you don't need to fully take off the bumper ya know.. those two bottom tabs can stay on.. just pry the top part down.. there's enough space and leverage to remove the tails..

Time: Took me 30 mins to take the one side off while taking photo's.

Tools Needed:
10mm Wrench
Small Flat Head Screw Driver
Flash Light (Not Required)
Phillips Screw Driver

Caution: By doing this DIY I am in now way to be held responsible for anything you do to damage your car, this is just for information purpose's only and is in no mean should it damage your car if done correctly.

Alright well You are going to start buy removing the tail light cover which should like what is shown in the picture below.

From here you should see 3 10mm nuts these shouldn't be to tight but you may need a 10mm Wrench to loosen them and then finish removing them by hand, being careful not to drop them. what the nut's should look like is shown below. Also you may be wondering how to remove the one bolt with the white thing covering it, you may be able to pull it straight off, but me not wanting to break anything, I used a small screw driver and slowly pulled away the prongs on each side working the white cable holder of the bolt.

Alright now you have the 10mm nuts removed your probably thinking your done, well not really now you will have to remove the back bumper, yes the whole back bumper, or one side at a time, to do this you will need to remove the two Phillips head screw from the top of the bumper as well as the two from the wheel well, (one screw on each side) Sorry did not get photo's of this will try later. Once you have those removed your going to want to remove the 4 plastic like bolts from the underside. The locations are one behind the right wheel, two toward the center back, and one behind the left wheel. the photo below shows what the plastic bolt thing's I'm talking about look like.

Now these little things are kinda tough to remove, you are going to want to pull just the center part out not the whole thing. Now I used the small screw driver to kinda loosen them, and then me being a computer geek I have a tool used for removing jumpers off motherboards and hard drives, that worked great for this, which is photoed in the tools photo, it would be the second tool. Below is what it should look like with the plastic bolt removed.

Now you should be able to start popping the back bumper off, to do this start at the wheel well, grab where you removed the screw and kinda pull toward the wheel and then toward you, from here it should be able to snap of, should be a couple snaps don't be to scared to pull it a little, just don't go overboard. Once removed make sure your tail lights are unplugged and then they slide straight out, if you are standing directly in front of them pull straight toward. You should have something like shown in the photo below.

Sorry this DIY is not the best I am in a hurry to get this posted so that I may take a show and go to work, If anyone has any questions feel free to let me know, to put everything back together follow the steps backwards, the plastic bolts just snap in.

Here are photo's of the tool's I used.
